Standard 30-Day Return Policy
For eligible standard items (including complete golf simulator packages, enclosures, and select wellness equipment), you have 30 days from physical delivery to request a return.
• Product Condition: Items must be completely unused, uninstalled, and in their original factory-sealed packaging (including original crates, boxes, and pallets).
• Restocking Fee: Approved returns are subject to a standard 15% restocking fee, deducted from your total refund.
• Return Freight: The customer is responsible for booking and paying all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Brand-Specific Exceptions & Non-Returnable Goods
Due to custom manufacturing, natural wood materials, and freight logistics, certain brand lines are strictly All Sales Final:
• Dundalk LeisureCraft Products: All sales are final. Dundalk items are non-returnable once shipped. However, full transit damage protection and manufacturer warranties apply (see below).
• Installed or Assembled Goods: Any product that has been mounted, wired, plumbed, or installed (including ceiling-mounted launch monitors, assembled enclosures, installed sauna heaters, or plumbed plunges/showers).
• Custom Built-to-Order Items.
Freight & Transit Damage Guarantee (100% Covered)
If any product or component (including Dundalk products) arrives damaged or breaks during transit, you are fully protected at zero cost:
• Inspect outer packaging upon delivery and note any damage on the driver's delivery receipt.
• Report any transit or concealed component damage to our support team with photos within 24 hours of delivery.
• We will immediately coordinate with the manufacturer to send out full replacement parts or a complete replacement unit at no extra charge to you.
Order Cancellations
• Standard Orders: Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not yet been dispatched or crated.
• In-Transit Orders: Orders canceled after dispatch will be processed under standard return terms, or marked non-cancellable if the brand line is final sale.
