Dundalk LeisureCraft products are backed by a 5-Year Limited Residential Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. The warranty period begins on the date your product is received by the original purchaser.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers qualifying defects in:

• Materials
• Workmanship
• Manufacturer-produced components

when the product is used under normal residential conditions.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover issues caused by:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper installation
• Insufficient or improper maintenance
• Exposure to natural weather conditions
• Failure to follow installation, usage, or care instructions

How Warranty Claims Are Handled

If a valid warranty claim is approved, Dundalk LeisureCraft will provide replacement parts at no cost.

Please note:

• Warranty coverage is limited to replacement parts only
• Labour, service, installation, and assembly costs are not included
• Replacement parts do not restart or extend the original warranty period
